For the production of the Agrarfrost products used only the best potatoes from sustainable, German cultivation. Products stand for monitored quality, pure potato taste and maximum enjoyment.
Preparation in the deep fryer
Fry the deep-frozen product for approx. 3–4 minutes with the oil at 170 –175°C. The optimum frying time depends on how crispy and brown you prefer your product. You can then season it as required.
Preparation in the oven
Place the frozen product in one layer on a grooved tray or on a baking tray lined with grease proof paper and use the middle shelf of the oven. Do not add any fat! Top and bottom heat: Preheat the oven to 220°C, then bake at 200°C for approx. 25 minutes until as brown and crunchy as you prefer. Fan-assisted oven: Preheat the oven to 200°C, then bake at 180°C for approx. 20 minutes until as brown and crunchy as you prefer. Turn the product over during baking. The optimum baking time depends on your oven and on how brown you prefer your product.
